We provide a variety of structural testing services, including anchor testing to assess the load-bearing capacity of anchors and fixings, floor load capacity testing to identify the maximum safe load a floor can support, Schmidt hammer testing to evaluate the surface hardness of concrete, barrier testing and lifting beam load testing to confirm the load-bearing capacity of runway beams.
Alongside structural testing, we also offer inspection services such as, condition and structural surveys, LOLER inspections for lifting equipment to ensure legal compliance, concrete ferro scanning to uncover hidden rebar, voids, and other irregularities in concrete structures, concrete cover meter surveys to measure the thickness of concrete cover over reinforcing steel, and concrete core extraction with compressive strength testing to assess the strength and durability of concrete.
